When you use this website, submit enquiries, book demonstrations, subscribe to information, apply for products or services, create an account, receive fund-related services, use AI features or otherwise interact with the Company, you may be required to provide personal data to the Company.

If you fail to provide such data, the Company may not have sufficient information to: (a) provide products or services; (b) complete identity verification procedures; (c) perform know-your-customer (KYC) procedures; (d) fulfil anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) obligations; (e) respond to enquiries; (f) fulfil legal, regulatory or compliance obligations; or (g) establish or maintain a business relationship with you.

(h) any person to whom data must be disclosed under applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, court orders or other legal processes.

Your personal data may be used for the following purposes, including but not limited to:

(a) providing, managing, improving or maintaining products, services, fund services, digital platform services, AI services or other business activities for you;

(b) establishing, maintaining, managing or terminating a business relationship with you;

(c) conducting identity verification, KYC, CDD, AML/CFT, sanctions screening and other compliance procedures;

(d) assessing risk tolerance, investment experience, suitability or other regulatory requirements;

(e) responding to enquiries, complaints or requests;

(f) conducting market research, data analytics, product improvement, technology development or AI model optimisation;

(g) carrying out legal, regulatory, audit, risk management, internal control or other compliance requirements;

(h) complying with applicable laws, court orders, regulatory requirements or requests from regulatory authorities;

(i) preventing fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, financial crime or other illegal activities; and

(j) other uses related or incidental to any of the above purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that the Company may transfer personal data outside Hong Kong for processing, storage, backup, analysis or other purposes.

The Company will take reasonable steps to ensure that the data is properly protected, although the personal data protection laws of the relevant jurisdictions may not be the same as those in Hong Kong.

The Company intends to use your personal data for direct marketing, including offering: (a) fund services; (b) wealth management services; (c) AI products; (d) SaaS products; (e) market information; (f) event information; or (g) related products and services.

The Company will only conduct such use after obtaining your consent, including an indication of no objection.

You may request at any time that the Company cease using personal data for direct marketing purposes.

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to: (a) enquire whether the Company holds your personal data; (b) request access to personal data; (c) request correction of inaccurate data; and (d) request reasons for any refusal to provide access or make corrections, where applicable.

The Company may charge a reasonable administrative fee in accordance with law.
